Ware the White Flakes of DOOOOOOOMMMMMM

Ok, so it's not THAT bad. The foot people were hoping for is a mere 3-4 inches of slushy whiteness I slogged through to get to the bus stop. Storm system rolled in later then expected.

Reports are still saying 5-12" by noon.

We'll see.

Can't see out the windows right now.

Hmmm.

Watching the news this morning, working from home myself...

It's nasty up here, if only because it really isn't snow... it's slush. Thick, dense slush. Hearing that it's a lot worse down south of Denver, where it's blizzard conditions on the Divide.

Stay warm!

I am. Have my jacket divided out and the top half wrapped around my legs.

Seriously considering hot chocolate.

Mmmm... hot chocolate.

It's cleared out here nicely. Lots of sun now, with a lot of cold wind. :-D

Everything stopped for us about...3 pm. Currently looking at mostly blue skies and very wet roads.

Tomorrow's commute's gonna be fun!

It should be. If only since it should be all clear by tomorrow.

After all, this IS Colorado. Snow sticking around on the roads for more than a day? That's rare. REAL rare. (The roads here are perfect again already. It's almost as if it wasn't slushing this morning at all.)

Snow nothing. I'm talking about the skating rinks.
