Small favors...
It's not a leak! It's not a leak!
It was Wolf forgetting to shut off the sprinkler system valve. We have wasted hundreds of dollars of water. *ironic chuckle* Nat's offered to pick up half the bill, what a sweetie!, and payment arrangements have been made. I can already see Wolf's face. All sad and upset and a little teary-eyed. I'm just so relieved we don't have to call a plumber! That would've doubled the cost, at least.
My poor love. Whether he wants to admit it or not, he's still new to this. He's never owned a home before, or rented with full upkeep. The closest he came was a junky trailor. Yes, it costs us now, but it won't happen again because now we know!
I'm gonna have to love his hair tonight.
