And now for something completely different.

Apparently Flaming Queen Jeweler Julius is his own inspiration.

Julius sighed as he polished his latest creation, a sapphire brooch. It was sunset and he still hadn't seen his beloved Aurora today. He knew she was insanely busy, what with being the most successful rancher the town had seen in years, but still! She had always made time to pop in for a chat and to give him something wonderful to practice his art on. Lately it had been a toss up between morning, those were the seashell days, and an hour or so before sunset, when she generously shared her mining bounty with him. He had received several wonderful gems from her and was toying with the idea of making her a diamond necklace. He sighed again, garnering a knowing chuckle from his boss, Mira.

Well, perhaps he shouldn't complain. The entire region had benefited from his beloved's presence. Nature's balance had been restored, there had been gorgeous music coming from the mountaintop, and the Goddess Tree was thriving once again. Everyone agreed it was a miracle. He had noticed his beloved Aurora smiling secretively whenever a comment about how things had improved reached her ears. She had been directly responsible for restoring the Red Bell and the fires, why not the rest of the bells? Turning a derelict ranch into a thriving business, restoring the Goddess Tree and all with a keen fashion sense! He still got a thrill remembering how she had worn his blue scarf gift every day the past winter and he was supremely proud of her for winning the Fashion Contest on New Year's Eve. Oh, she had looked so adorable in her red dress and those cute purple kitten ears! Even though she had knocked him down to second place, he had been sure to give her an extra-big hug.

"Hello, Aurora!" Mira called and Julius looked up. Aurora shut the door of the Accessory shop behind her and approached him silently, cheeks pink. He nodded at her pretty blue tunic and pearl pendant. She was such a fashionista! How lucky was he to have such a stylish girlfriend! He quickly put the brooch away and turned back to greet her, only to nearly jump out of his shoes. She was holding a Blue Feather!

----

Aurora held her breath as she offered the Blue Feather to Julius. According to Mira, this was how proposals were made in this town and she just couldn't wait any longer. She had loved Julius for a very long time. Yes, she had dated the other available men in town, but they had all left her cold. Only the purple haired, red eyed jewelry maker could make her heart pound and she was pretty sure he felt the same way. Mayor Hamilton had sent her a letter about getting married after she and Julius started dating. It had been full of instructions on what was expected. Thankfully, most of the expectations had been met before this morning's encounter with Mira. Aurora had been very thankful the Harvest King had created the magical portal so she could reach the mountain top without going through the upper mine. It had made getting the feather much easier!

"Wait, wait. That's a Blue Feather!" Julius cried, staring at her hands. She nodded, throat tight with nervousness. Julius grabbed her hand. "Come with me!"

----

At the Church garden, Julius took the Blue Feather and pocketed it.

"Let me take it from here. Traditionally, it's the man that proposes," He said. Aurora nodded, glad to have the weight off her shoulders.

"Will you marry me? It seems like an eternity since I met you. In all that time, I didn't know how you felt about me. I'm so glad to know we share the same feelings!" Julius blurted out all in a rush. Aurora blushed.

"Yes," She said, twiddling her fingers. Julius' smile rivaled the sunset and he stepped in for a kiss to seal the pact.
