Wow. SNB had mentioned that Escapist.com had done a survey regarding best year for video games EVER and 1999 won, with 2003 taking a close second. Most of the surveyors cited the 64 as the main reason, but apparently there were really good PC games that came out as well.

I MAY be tempted into investing in a PC gaming machine. Age of Mythology is wicked expensive for the Mac.
