Real milk

When I was a kid, my uncle's wife's family owned a dairy farm, and I grew up drinking raw, unhomogenized milk. I didn't die from any cow disease.
When I went off to college, I discovered I didn't really love milk the way I had when I was younger. I just figured I had lost my taste for it as a result of growing up.
Then I tried "Hudson Valley Fresh." It's a local co-op (partially organized by my cousin's husband the dairy farmer) that gets the milk into the store 24 hours after it leaves the cow. Oh, my. Just like I remembered. I buy it as a treat once in a while, because we don't drink that much milk and I hate to waste the good stuff. But it is Teh Awesome.
