Thank you Sammisnake!
I remember watching you eat a Costa Rican breakfast and today I was inspired to play with the idea of having cheese with eggs.
So for dinner tonight I made myself two slices of scrapple (SCRAPPLE!! I HAS IT!!), one fried egg, three sliced grape tomatoes and a slice of the cranberry cinnamon goat cheese. One part American, two parts British and one part Costa Rican.
Oh, it was delicious. I need to cook the scrapple longer and at a higher heat, but that's easily done.
I will be having this for breakfast tomorrow. OMNOMNOMNOM
