IDK is back home.
I'm glad to have him back, but I'm not looking forward to the added stress levels. Cuteness is Not Happy, but if I keep them separated, it shouldn't be too bad.
At least now I can bother him to mow the grass and do the dishes. That will be nice.
School doesn't start for another 6 weeks. *SIGH*
In my garden, the peas have pretty much stopped producing and are dying back. The cucumbers are COVERED in flowers, the beans are done, done, done and the basil is still alive. One plant even put forth flower buds. I nipped those right off, and took all the marigold blossoms I had. Marigolds are edible, right? At least I've read that they're good for a hair rinse...
Tomorrow, after my company leaves, I think I will tear out what is left of the peas and beans, turn some compost into the soil and plant broccoli. Maybe this time, with the marigolds and soap, the bunnies won't be so interested.
