In the interest of trying to expand on that vignette below, *points*, and because I was bored last night, I ventured back into Labryinth fanfiction.

Now I have a Labby plot bunny gnawing away at my synapses.

It's so bad Drya, who just LOVES the movie, went on Ebay and found a DVD copy in CO Springs for $5 and change before shipping.

So, sometime in the next two weeks, we will have our very own shiny copy of Labryinth, starring David Bowie in all his tight leather pants glory and lots of Muppets. Oh yeah, and Jennifer whatzerface.

My plot bunny? It all revolves around one line. Ironically enough, that's how the BMW vignette started. One little line.

BMW = "So, do you want a ride?"

Labryinth = "Fear me, love me, stay with me and I will be your slave."

GAH!!!

On a positive note, my creative side is finally getting the much-needed attention it's been demanding in my dreams.

I recently got into that movie too! Went to youtube to see some clips. Wow. Blast from the past - but I hardly remember it! I'm also in the process of picking up a dvd copy.
As for your venture into Labyrinth fanfiction - I can't wait to read what you'll come up with!

I remember seeing David Bowie on the Midnight Special, during his "1980 Floor Show" tour, right around the days of Ziggy Stardust. He was wearing a spandex jumpsuit.
It was very nice. And shiny. And tight. Very, very tight.
