Simple Abundance Exercise

So the first trip into the past revealed I long to be a Lady. This isn't a surprise, it's come up before. Let me refine and define Lady.

A Lady is...
Serene.
Intelligent.
Thoughtful.
Polite.
Kind.
Someone who appreciates Beauty in all forms.
Confident.
Elegant.
Unafraid of getting her hands dirty.
Respectful.
Trustworthy.
A bit of a geek in certain areas.

Yes, that's a good summary. I'm not trying to be Princess Diana. I want to be Lady Song. The woman who raises two happy, healthy children to adulthood, enjoys her work, loves her friends and family, is respected by her peers and can afford to indulge once in a while.

Kind of sounds like where I am now. I have the bedroom I wanted as a child with a few grown up flourishes. I have the toy I've longed for since I was 10. I'm more adventurous in my cooking and I'm working on the garden, both inside and outside. I don't have room for a cutting garden, but I can get floral candles in pretty colors to dress up my dining room table. I can grow a few herbs in the kitchen. I have garlands to hang and swags to dress up the doorways.

Huh.

Guess I already know my Value. I'm a Valuable person. I have Strength, Beauty and my True Blue Self to achieve.

That's a nice thought.
