Ok, NOW I'm annoyed

The Airtight folks not only foam sealed the drain, THEY DETACHED THE PIPE.

I guess my "Yes, I'm not surprised. Don't worry about it" was carte blanche to fix it, not knowing what they were doing.

I'm calling them tomorrow morning and demanding they come fix it, politely. Then I will call a plumber to go in and make sure it's fixed properly.

*HEADDESK*

I came home early due to a wicked migraine. This...has not helped. But the good news is my office is mostly packed up and I have lots of cataloguing to do AFTER the move. Like, next week.

Definitely Top Gear time.

That seems like the only way to get foam into the drain from below. If foam can get in, water can get out, after all.
