Now that I've shown the love....

Talked to the guy who's sellin' us his house today. We have an unofficial agreement made, now all we need is to read and sign the contract. He's letting us take over his mortgage for 3 years or when we can qualify for our own. We get the boarder, the hot tub and the kitchen appliances. (Sorry, Holiday, we have to wait for the Nat to move out before you can come in. But you are welcome to come game and soak!) He gets an earnest payment, dependable tenants and a hefty payoff when we transfer the title. Not a bad deal for below 160K. We even like the carpets.
I now tap my two best guy friends, you know who you are, for a moving date of April 1st (or the closest weekend *checks* probably the 27th.) Pizza, soda and a hot tub to soak in afterwards! Bring your suits! *wink wink* We will have an extra pair of hands with Nat.
