Due to some interesting developments last week, this week I'm working the 930-630 shift, instead of the 730-430. Turns out my cube mate prefers the earlier time and I much prefer the later time. So, if my mate gets to stay (she tried to resign last week, then volunteered for this week until someone could be trained) I get to sleep until 8 every morning! Whoo hoo!

I'm definitely a second shift person. I don't really wake up until 8, 830 without caffine assistance and I prefer to go to bed between 10 and midnight. Now, I can work the earlier shifts, but I'm not nearly as happy. Today has been going wonderfully. I don't have to worry about folders and I can take my time on the paperwork I do have. Yay!

So, Bloody's pretty pleased with her schedule. Now to get Wolf a job so we can not worry about bills anymore.

Oh, we did get some good news Saturday. Interest rates tanked last week and one of the brokers at a home and garden show informed us we might qualify for a purchase now. We just have to get our credit report and give him a call. If this works out, we could buy the house we're moving into in a month or two, instead of a year. Which would rock, because the owner sold the hot tub to cover his home purchase in FL. *sobs* We think the house will appraise a good 5K higher than the asking price. If so, we get the higher loan amount and replace the hot tub. Anything left over goes into home improvement. There's a LOT of ugly, ugly tile that must GO!

Doc, Kyther, I apologize for the lack of bubbly goodness. However, I am willing to give back and shoulder rubs for compensation! And as soon as we get it replaced, we'll have a party.

Tomorrow I have a chiropractor's appointment. I've known for years I have scoliosis, not sure why. It developed in my early teens and the Air Force didn't cover chiropractors, so I was left with people yanking my shoulders back at odd moments. I hate that. Anyhew, since I'm all grown up now *grin*, I can finally get this treated. The doctor has generous cash payment plans available for the uninsured and the first appointment is free. Considering how much trouble my back has and can still give me, I see this as an opportunity. It also explains why my hips are uneven. *grumble*

Oh well, soon as we get insurance I get to make babies!
