bloodsong1: (Sadness)
We hit all the major NY/Binghamton food points. I scored about a 6 out of 9, with Phil's Chicken House, the Cider Mill doughnuts and cider, the Plaza Diner, and Price Chopper doughnuts being the top of the list. Friendly's was ok, and he wasn't impressed with real pizza and real spiedies, although the Old World Deli chicken spiedies, which he dressed up with mustard and onion, were classified as "Excellent".

Oh well. ^_^

With him here we got the interior of the house decorated to my crazy girly specifications, figured out exterior light methods and watched a lot of TV. Not a lot of sit down talks over coffee, but that's my dad. He did hit it off with Mama A and enjoyed her company almost as much as ours. Mom sent him out with four 1-shot cameras, he barely managed to fill one and not ONE picture of Wolf. Well, Mom prefers shots of the kiddos anyway.

The Cuteness charmed him and he was quick to emphasis corrections on IDK while at the same time teasing him and letting him have full access to the Mac in the mornings before we woke up. ^_^

His flight from DOA (*snicker*) was half an hour late, which put him here about 4 hours late. Oh well. He left a note that made me sniffle before taking a cab at zero dark thirty, also known as about 3:45 am to catch his 6 am flight. He'll call when he's back in CO.

I'm quite ready for this vacation to be over so I can get back to work and my normal routine.

Bu & Skitten, please let me know when you want us this Saturday for furniture moving. Plan on having the kiddos coming too, I don't think I'll be able to get a sitter.

I miss my dad.

*sniffle*
