I realize when there's obvious abuse going on, like racial or sexual based beatings or aggression or holding a person without due cause, we the public should step up and demand true justice. But I don't think there's a need to be rude or abusive to the police even in that situation. Proper peaceful protest is a First Amendment right, yelling at a police officer for blocking your driveway during an escalated traffic situation is also a First Amendment right. I agree with the process of the first, not with the second.
