The down side of home ownership
Nov. 4th, 2015 07:20 pmThe furnace conked out again. This routine maintenance really is a must and I haven't been doing it. This year it was the motor. Two years ago it was the motherboard. *SIGH*
At least this time it was under a grand, which included a yearly service contract that saves me 20% on parts and waives the after hour service charges. It will take a day or two to get the motor in and replace the part, but since it's November and NO HEAT, they'll fast track it for me. In the meantime, it's extra blankets for the kids and electric blanket for me.
