So that's a thing.

Met with a potential psychologist for Cuteness. While going over the background information, she asked why Cuteness didn't have an IEP plan instead of the 504. IIRC, her learning abilities aren't really compromised in class work, she's a smart cookie. It's her social and behavioral learning abilities that are delayed. I was informed even a high functioning autistic child should have an IEP and a full time aide. Cuteness has neither. I will be discussing this in more detail with the psychologist on Monday. Also going to see if I can find my copy (if I actually have one) of her diagnosis results.

Tragedy has struck the team mate that likes me. I don't expect to see her anytime soon. I did call her yesterday afternoon and asked her the question that I needed the most when Wolf died, "What can I do?" I also told her to take as much time as she needed and I would be happy to review her projects in two weeks if she had not returned. I don't have liberty with details, just send thoughts/prayers/strength/compassion/et cetera to her and her family.

This weekend will be cleaning house and sleeping.
