I wasn't expecting love and respect. Just a little courtesy. Turns out the new sup went back on the policy the old sup and I had agreed on and wanted everything routed to him. Once I pointed out what a waste of time that was, he agreed to have everyone send the request to me and cc him so he'll be able to keep track too. Telling me "Nothing changed." when it HAD been did not endear him any.
