Dehydration is one of those things which can easily get to you. You drank over 20ox of fluid before you came in, but how much has been coming out?
A friend of mine who routinely works in hot, dry environments (she's an Egyptologist who does field-work) says that if you aren't peeing every hour, you aren't drinking enough. I don't know if I'd go that far, but drinking water until you are peeing regularly is a good thing.
One of my health problems is dehydration, even though I drink so much (both my fat and diabetes make me trend towards dehydration). It doesn't bother me because I'm used to it. But I still judge my hydration through my output.
