It's not difficult, but you would have to factor in how heavy the object being attached is. A heavy bow on a lightweight bodysuit will hang and stretch. If you go with a fairly thick, well-made bodysuit, it will be easier to attach anything to it. Go with lightweight attachments on a heavyweight bodysuit, and it will be okay. The skirt, if it sits at your waistline, will be supported in part by your hips.
