Sorry all anime fans. I meant "omake" skits, not "otaku". If I would hazard a guess, "omake" is chibi silliness, while "otaku" is fan fiction, skits, etcetera. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.

Now that that's out of the way.


Called in sick to work today. Woke up sounding like a nail file. First time ever and I feel bad about it. Then I find out I was supposed to call the office as well because my supervisor wasn't going to be in today. Ducky. I'll have to remember that. *grumble*

My throat's still scratchy and I have to limit my talking so I don't get worse. I hate this cold. Tonight I battle back with extra pillows and the only vaporizer in the house doctored with essential oils. The kiddo gets the first few hours of it, I'll take it for the rest of the night. He's feeling the most better of the three of us.

Wow. I'm still hungry. Guess I'll go scrounge the fridge for something throat soothing. hmmm. I think we have pudding.....

I don't blame you for this. Considering how much junk is going around MY office, I knew it would come home sooner or later.

Of course, now I find out strep is making the rounds and my symptoms have only been a scratchy, raw throat, coughing and an occasional headache. Wolf is having sinus issues, they block up when he lays down, as well as the scratchy throat. Neither one of us got much sleep last night. The kiddo had a runny nose, low grade fever and coughing. He appears to be the most improved of all of us.

Waaaaaaaa! I miss my health insurance! *sniffles*
