Thankfully, nobody blamed ME for the wrong battery, even though I didn't give the dealership the VIN, because THEY should have known better.
Yeah, well, so do I. So I now have an all-caps note reminding myself to ALWAYS give the dealership the VIN, because parts people can and do jump to conclusions and think they know everything when they don't.
That's nothing compared to the customer calling in that sounded drunk as hell, but I later found out he was just really, really old (bought a brand new MB 6.3 in 1967? Yeah, you're old).
Oh hey, our relator sent us a Christmas card. *opens* KITTIES!
Ok, I'm done.
I'm going to go play Alice Greenfingers and plotting to buy Rainbow Mystery at some point this month.
I do believe there will be some Kahula in my hot chocolate tonight.
