bloodsong1in that SM therapy. All I do know is that Sarah will be seeing Makoto off for her training in the mountains (Episode 106) and she will sing "Rooftops" by Lost Prophets to an audience of Senshi; Inners or Outers or both still TBD.
Another temp contract starts Monday. As today and tomorrow are my last free days for about two months, I have spent them Getting Stuff Done liberally interspersed with Harvest Moon AP.
I prefer TA-DA lists myself.
What I've Accomplished:
Chosen paint for kitchen cabinets, (the lighter of the two grays as I was looking for "ash". Fire kitchen and all that.)
Chosen paint for Cuteness' room, with her approval.
Re-mounted the stair rail bracket (still a little loose on the rail, but solid to the wall. I AM DONE WITH THIS)
Cleaned out under my kitchen sink.
Put unwanted containers and lids in recycling.
Cleaned the downstairs shower (very half-heartedly, but it IS cleaner!)
Where I am in the game:
So it turns out that in order to actually FINISH Harvest Moon AP, you have to give the Harvest King (Ignus. HAH!) one of your children to go over the rainbow for God Training or something. I didn't watch the entire clip on Youtube, only long enough to confirm the child has to be old enough for Child Picture Day, which is 6-ish or roughly two years after they're born.
Note to self, don't love on the kid too much. You're sending him off to Fulfill Destiny, best to make a clean break 'cause you'll never see him again.
I currently have three games running. Two Girls (Aurora & Cherie) and one Guy (Antilles)
Aurora of Starlite Farm married Luke the Carpenter's Son with the dark silver hair and Inuyasha eyes. Yum. Luke always struck me as the type of guy who'd sneak up behind his wife and grab her breasts. They have a daughter, Cassie, just born. That means I have two years of game time to play before I ship her off to Ignus. Boo. I'll get it done, eventually.
Antilles is my Star Wars game. The farm is named Eisley and all the animals are Republic or Rebellion, except one chicken that was named for a Jedi who went rogue and died in a coma. I had intended Antilles to be very Jedi Knight and ignore everything in favor of serving the Harvest Goddess. It got boring, so he's working on the girls. He's courting Candace the Seamstress and Luna the Shop Manager. (They're sisters.) On a whim, I bought him an outfit called "Punk." I was bemused at how black cargo pants and a yellow flannel shirt turned my Jedi Knight into a Bounty Hunter. It doesn't help that his girls hid in the shop during the Summer Festival and I kept wanting to plant him by the door, all slouchy with one foot against the wall and when the door opened say "Hiding from me? Tsk tsk." Antilles is now definitely a guy who will sneak up behind his wife and grab her breasts. I holding out for the Witch Princess for him, but he has to run the gamut of girls first. He's my only guy, so I want to see what gifts are given and what dates are taken. (The Seamstress gave him silk yarn and the Shop Manager gave him flax yarn.)
Cherie is my French Whore. Okay, not exactly, but she does live at Versailes and her animals get French food names. She will be pursuing most of the guys to the date stage and then she will sink her claws into Julius the Jewelry Artist. The poor queen will never see it coming. Cherie is currently working on Owen the Miner. I will never marry one of my girls to Owen, he likes to drink. So far he's given her a garnet (She made it a broach, the louse didn't NOTICE) and a ruby (sold for profit). I figure I have about two weeks until he asks her on a date and then he will be dumped in favor of Jin the Doctor.
And it's a pretty sad state of affairs when I find myself ogling Wizard's hips or admiring Jin's ponytail. Is masturbating over video game characters as geeky as masturbating over anime characters? I'm just wondering...
