Which is good, because today was busy all day. We have all six offices now at the call center and the volume has increased appropriately. Hopefully there will not be a repeat of Tuesday, where the databases crashed, network wide, and stayed down for about five hours. In the afternoon. We wrote up over 100 messages by hand that had to be typed in today. No one could access any charts.
