Of course, it was super easy because I got another Airport so SLB would stop bitching every time the intawebs went down. I plugged it in, I transferred all the settings, I even got the PS4 talking to it. The PS network needed to be rebooted in SLB's account, as he's the primary, but that was all. I did make a call to Time Warner and they pinged the modem, which solved the only issue I was having with the IP address.
Total time spent: roughly 15 minutes.
I'm feeling rather smug.
