It's a warm tingly feeling I get the night my little family is back together under one roof. She had a good time and learned some cooking skills and has the cut on her thumb to prove it. I don't remember how old I was when I started using real knives, probably about the same age. I really need new knives. That will be my Christmas present to myself.
