I also have a sample of the bad fuel to give to the fuel company at some point, possibly tomorrow, maybe next week, depending on where I'm supposed to go. I tried calling yesterday, line was busy and today was super busy at work with All The Things.

Also, I'm not a good team player, I need to not be afraid to ask questions or learn new things (one item I DON'T fear, but I also don't care if my way is longer because if I'm efficient, I run out of things to do and get bored, which I HATE) and I should be more polite at meetings. This was all said kindly and without rancor (for the most part) and I was polite and apologized and thanked my teammates for initiating the conversation, because I sure as hell wasn't going to. I'm a coward who hates confrontation and would much rather sit in my cube and vicariously enjoy the giggles and camaraderie around me. But that's not going to work anymore, so I shall learn and find my Polite Voice for the insurance companies.

Sooo glad I'm going to hang out with Zahde and Pan tomorrow.

Yay! See you at Spicy Asian at noonish.

Did I ask you to bring a copy of the Bonsai Tree instructions?

And the email that I sent you that I couldn't remember to ask you if you had received was the recipe for the Irish Car Bomb cupcakes
http://www.browneyedbaker.com/irish-car-bomb-cupcakes/

INGREDIENTS:
For the Cupcakes:
1 cup Guinness stout
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
¾ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoons salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup sour cream

For the Whiskey Ganache Filling:
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
2 teaspoons Irish whiskey

For the Baileys Frosting:
2 cups (1lb) unsalted butter, at room temperature
5 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons Bailey's Irish Cream

And we need cupcake liners I don't want to use the silicon reusable ones because we might not get them back.

I will have to come down on Wednesday to make the cupcakes because they have to cool before they can be filled and frosted. And I'm already freaking out about how much time that will take. I should probably take a chill pill.

BTW: my mom asked me to save her a cupcake. I'm hoping you can drop by after Thanksgiving dinner to give her a couple. If you can't I will do it the next day on my way out. (Actually it would really nice if the Seversons would like to make up a couple of dinner plates for my mom and dad because mom is too tired to make Thanksgiving dinner this year and she can't leave dad alone.)

You did and I forgot to take them to work today to make the copies, so I'll pack it and see if I can make copies somewhere in Ithaca. Or I could just give them to you and when your bonsai is established you can give them back.
