He complimented my new haircut, accepted the wedding news with grace, apologized for his attitude after the break up and informed me he's having the best year of his life, so thank you for the break up.

I informed him he was forgiven, no I have NOT taken up drinking (2-3 ciders a week, some finished over two days, is nothing compared to the weekend benders I watched) and may his life continue to be "best".

He still misses me, misses the kids, and thinks about me a lot.

Jazz cat was very friendly and then bit him on the nose. I asked Jazz cat to bite him last night. (^_^)

So things are...settled, I guess.
