bloodsong1Th ritual itself was AMAZING.
Polar Bear demanded my intent, Mowgli gave me a piece of my soul back, Chezzie made sure my ring was empowered and Zahde presented my vows. I dedicated myself to Psyche and threw off my cloak. I didn't put my wings on correctly, so it took three tries to get them right. I curtsied to the guests and closed the ritual.
More hugs and lots of pictures, making room for other guests as needed. I got two Keepsters; Sildar and Pikey, plus Mama A, Handy BIL, Looooooo and Cool Cousin. Terran and Leviathan came with me to help me change into my reception dress. I was pretty sweaty, so we used makeup removal cloths to wipe me down. I tried to wait until RBD and Nightfall got to the hotel, but my other guests were hungry and there was a rehearsal dinner behind us. So the staff got everyone seated, with some confusion, and then I entered and did my dance. People clapped!
