Sunday was my spa day.

I met Polar Bear, Chezzie and Pikey for breakfast and I scurried to my first treatment after giving everyone goodbye hugs. I was a few minutes late, but that was ok.

My first treatment was a 3 in 1 package. I had a mud wrap, followed by a warm shower and soak in a hot mineral bath, followed by a massage. The masseuse brought me a mimosa as a congratulation present for getting married. I sat in the Quiet Room wrapped in my super snugly hotel robe and admired the artwork.

Second was a facial. I got steam work and well as a lot of extractions on my nose. The scalp massage was lovely! Since the cooling eye spray from the mud wrap had triggered my asthma, the cosmetologist let me test her two sprays and they were fine.

After the facial I had lunch and enjoyed every bite. Mirbeau has really good food!

Last was a manicure. I got a black sparkle polish that reminds me of the night sky. The manicurist was friendly and we talked about gardening, Buddhism, Wicca and past lives. She agreed to let me read her aura for a glimpse of her past lives and I got sunshine, happy children laughing and a farm at high summer in the Med, probably Italy, maybe France or Spain. I told her her soul seemed younger than mine and to pursue her farming ideas.

I had room service for dinner!

Monday I had room service for breakfast, took a nice hot bath in the huge claw foot tub. (WANT WANT WANT SO BAD) and checked out. I left the hotel looking for a pastry shop and realized I didn't get my wedding cake! So I drove back, got the cake and bought the super snuggly hotel robe because SO SNUGGLY.

I stopped at a farmstand store and bought water, apple bread and cheese curds. The farm had two Golden Retrievers. One met me outside. When I crouched and extended my hand he came over, licked my palm and sat next to me. Then he <I>leaned</I>, knocking me on my ass and plumphed onto my lap, exposing his belly and closing his eyes. I have him a good chest rub, giggling. Goldens, man. Love sponges, the lot of them. The apple bread and cheese curds got me home. I picked up Teenager from his job and we went home. Cuteness stayed with Zahde for the entire week.
