Well, I guess I should update, huh?

I already covered the weekend.
Wolf went up to Denver Monday for an interview. One that was set up less then 24 hours prior. Seriously, the temp agency called us on SUNDAY! Within fifteen minutes, he was hired.
WHOOT!!!!
So now, Wolf is up in Denver, working 12 hour shifts for at LEAST 5 days straight, possibly six. Beaucoup overtime at this place, for at least a month! The drawback is that he has to stay up there until he gets a day off. I'm all by my lonesome!! *sigh* This is gonna be hard. I don't sleep well without him. I need to find something to cuddle. Hmmm. Maybe the mattress pad? Since it's not on the bed properly and Wolf took his pillows, so I don't have anything that smells like him..
What? I like my husband's natural scent, OK! It's a massive turn on and something he completely doesn't understand. Hell, I can't explain it. It just....is. You know?
Anyway. I've started seriously hunting up in Denver. Turned in two resumes and I'm calling the same temp agency tomorrow to see if I can get in with them. In the meantime, it's clean the house, watch the kiddo, try to sucker Doc into coming over and help me play Baldur's Gate for the PS2, cause I have console-phobia and don't want to try to learn the control system without guidance. Yeah, we picked up a PS2 so Wolf could play Deus Ex up at Gumby-chan's. He's so totally hooked into that. We have succumbed to the consoles! Hee. Now to get over my irrational fear of control pads. Mouse and keyboard, no sweat. PS2 with toggles and buttons, *shudder* Keepsh itsh awaaaaayyyy.
Um, that's about it. I have a roll of quarters so I can hop the bus whenever I need to so I can get...stuff. Or just get out. Or I'll hit up Doc for rides. Or Nat. Or maybe I'll just stay home. I haven't decided yet. I do know I'll get cabin fever pretty bad, but for now I'm enjoying the time with the kiddo.
